McPOS升级新版本, update version for McPOS

注意: 升级过程中, 所有电脑无法使用. 请尽量在营业时间以外操作!

备份阶段:

1). 关闭数据库连接: 在C1主机, 打开任务管理器(Task Manager), 找到Adaptive Server Anywhere Network Server(32bit) 右击选择End Task (Windows 7和XP的话, 进程名字叫 dbsrv8.exe)

如图所示是Win10/Win11 的Task Manager

2). 备份数据库文件与旧版McPOS文件: 到数据库目录 D:\data\ 将 McPOS文件夹压缩, 命名为 "店铺名+现McPOS版本号+日期", 到 C:\mis 将 mcpos文件夹夹压缩, 命名为 "MIS+店铺名+现McPOS版本号+日期"

如图所示分别是D:\data\ 和 C:\mis 备份后的图片

3). 重连接数据库: 执行Startup的mcpos9DB文件. 如图所示, 分别是Windows7 和 Windows 10/11 的 Startup位置

升级文件包:目前最新版本 3411c (

3). (Since the new version separates the permissions in more detail)Ask for Permissions restrictions: [Other pay], [Gift Card Use], [On House], [Add big tips].  Add above permission to corresponding userwith these permission name: "otherpay","registergift", "Settle-On house", "Entry Large Tips" or "Add big tips"

4). create new gift accountfollowing the "Gift Card设置与使用(local and remote)"  guideline  (if using gift card)
