1. Power off the terminal. 
2. Hold down the MENU button and then power the terminal back on. 
3. A new menu will appear, select 3. Remote Download 
 
 
 
 
4a. If the terminal shows another menu with NEW/DUPLICATE/RESUME download, select the NEW download 
option. 
5a. Select TCP/IP 
6a. Enter Remote IP address: 50.79.90.190/216.238.144.195 
7a. Enter Port: 8001/8582 
8a. Terminal will display "Enable DHCP", select 1 for YES 
9a. Enter Terminal ID: 80000001/80808080/80808081/50050051/21021000 
9b. Enter Terminal ID: 30030030 for PAX S300 
 
 
 
 
4b. If the terminal displays another menu with PROTIMS/UNIONPAY, select PROTIMS. 
5b. Select TCP/IP 
6b. Enter Terminal ID: 80808082 
7b. Enter Remote IP address: 50.79.90.190/216.238.144.195 
8b. Enter Port: 8001/8582 
9b. Terminal will display Auto get local IP address, select 1 for Yes. 
10b. Once the download is complete, REPEAT the steps from 4a - 9a. 
 
 
 
 
If merchant got “APP SIGN ERROR, NAME:APPFILE0” after the update, Please follow the instruction 
below, 
1. Power off the terminal. 
2. Hold down the MENU button and then power the terminal back on. 
3. A new menu will appear, select 3. Remote Download 
4. Select the NEW download option. 
5a. Select TCP/IP 
6a. Enter Remote IP address: 50.79.90.190 
7a. Enter Port: 8001 
8a. Terminal will display "Enable DHCP", select 1 for YES 
9a. Enter Terminal ID: 80808086 
After download completed. Please Protims load again with TID 80808080
